Welcome to Centre Line Jiu Jitsu, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) team offering martial arts training in central worthing, Hove & lewes. Proudly affiliated to the world famous Mauricio Gomes Legacy team & with our HQ based at Worthing Martial Arts Centre.

BJJ is a highly challenging, realistic martial arts that empowers the student with proven & effective grappling techniques taught in a family orientated & safe environment by highly experienced & qualified instructors. After a few months of committed training, you will physically benefit from increased strength, flexibility & stamina, as well as noticing improved levels of self-confidence once you progress onto live sparring (a key component of training & self-development).
